Preserving Owner-Occupied Affordable Homes (NCSHA)

Homes in disrepair can pose significant health and safety risks and exacerbate racial and economic disparities.

This half-day virtual symposium will bring together industry players, thought leaders, researchers, and advocates to highlight innovative programs and policies and explore opportunities for scaling successful approaches.
